We provide FREE shipping Australia wide on all fins and accessories (which includes tracking and up to $100 insurance on fins for peace of mind)

You can upgrade to Express shipping Australia wide on all fins and accessories for $13.60 per order.

Boards are currently available for local pickup only in Balgowlah, NSW, Australia.

Eveley Surf is located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and ships fins and accessories to all parts of Australia free, New Zealand (AUD$10), USA & Canada (AUD$20), Japan, Denmark, Israel, Spain, France, Taiwan, Brazil and South Korea (AUD$30). If you are in any other country email us for inclusion.

All product prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)

 

Location

All stock is dispatched from our Sydney Northern Beaches warehouse.

 

Dispatch

We strive to dispatch on the same or following business day we receive an order.

Our carriers pick up Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

 

Free Returns

You can return any full cost items within Australia for up to 30 days after purchase for any reason.

Items must be in unused and undamaged condition and returned in the original packaging and include the invoice which is sent with each purchase.

Email eveleysurf@aol.com with your order number to request a return label. We will email you a FREE return label for you to print and attach to the parcel.

Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty or the wrong product has been dispatched.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be through the payment system you used for the purchase.

Eveley Surf cannot control the speed at which refunds are processed by payment providers and banks.

 

Tax and customs duty

Domestic GST in Australia is included in the purchase price. Where goods are purchased for delivery outside Australia the customer will be responsible for any tax or customs duty payable upon entry to that country.

 

Items lost or damaged in transit

Your purchases are insured against loss or damage in transit up to $100.00 AUD

Upon receipt any damaged item carried by Australia Post should be taken to your nearest Post Office with all packaging for inspection. Australia Post will provide the necessary documentation to make an insurance claim and organize payment direct to you.

If the carrier is Sendle please follow the instructions on the Sendle website. If your parcel is damaged you can start a claim right away by clicking ‘Damaged parcel claim’. For an eligible parcel that’s been declared lost by the Sendle team, you can start a claim from the parcel’s tracking page. Make sure the claim is made within the allowed time frame (either 10 days from the time the delivery is deemed lost or 10 days from delivery for damaged parcels)

Scope of this policy

This Shipping and Returns policy refers only to products purchased through this site being the Eveley Surf Online Store. Products bought through other sources are subject to the conditions described on that site.
